Two CRPF soldiers martyred in attack by Kuki militants in Manipur

Imphal, 27 April (HIST). Two Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) soldiers were martyred in an attack by Kuki militants between midnight and 2:15 am in Manipur's Naransena area. Both these soldiers of 128th battalion were posted in Naransena area of ​​Bishnupur district of the state. Manipur Police gave this information.

According to Manipur Police's Ax handle, security forces have started search operations in the border and sensitive areas of the hill and valley districts. Movement of 348 vehicles carrying essential commodities has been ensured on NH-2. Strict security measures have been taken at all sensitive places. A total of 127 nakas and checkpoints have been set up in both hill and valley districts. Police have detained 139 people in different districts of the state.
