Nawada, February 15 (HS) Nawada Police has arrested two criminals of motorcycle robbery case on Thursday. Headquarters DSP Kalyan Anand told a press conference that within 24 hours, along with the arrest of two robbers, the stolen motorcycle has also been recovered.
On 11.02.2024, Ashish Kumar, operator of salon shop in Sonarpatti Nawada, from Nagar police station area, was returning home along with his father Ranjit Sharma to Kalunda village of Nemdarganj police station area after closing the shop at 11:00 pm. At around 11:20 am, near Toppers Convent School on SH 8 road from Nawada to Hisua, 8-10 boys stopped the motorcycle by threatening them with sticks and beat them up, injuring both of them and snatched the motorcycle and mobile. Nawada DSP Headquarters Kalyan Anand gave complete information about the incident in a press conference at the city police station on Thursday, February 15. He said that after taking immediate action after receiving information about the incident, the police successfully solved the incident within 48 hours. In which two accused Aman Kumar, father- Manoj Yadav village- Mahuli and Sachin Kumar father- Sanjay Yadav old Mahuli, both of police station- Nagar district- Nawada were arrested. The looted motorcycle has been recovered at the behest of strangers.
