Two arrested including Naxalite in Palamu, weapons recovered

Palamu, April 27 (Hindustan Reporter) Rajendra Bhuyan, a member of the squad of banned Naxalite organization CPI Maoist carrying a reward of Rs 10 lakh on Nitish Yadav, was arrested with four Bharthua guns. Vishnu Vishwakarma has also been arrested along with Rajendra. Vishnu used to repair weapons. Many items for making weapons have been recovered from his house.

Rajendra is a resident of Naso Jamalpur of Hussainabad police station area while Vishnu is a resident of Jeetamati Salaiya Tikar of the same police station area. SP Rishma Ramesan said on Saturday that Rajendra Bhuiyan had been a part of Maoist Nitish Yadav's squad for two years. Presently he was living somewhere else hiding his identity. He had come home. Meanwhile, on the secret information, action was taken with Hussainabad DSP Mukesh Kumar Mahato and CRPF 112th Battalion. During the raid, four Bharthua guns, two barrels, iron pipe, gunpowder and the spice used to fill the Bharthua gun, shrapnel, barreling, horse used in the gun and other parts were recovered.

Apart from Rajendra, the gun was recovered from the house of Karmadev Bhuiyan, Upendra Bhuiyan Naso Jamalpur and Rajesh Kumar Ravi Bairiyadih. Materials for making weapons were found in the house of Vishnu Vishwakarma. SP said that Rajendra, along with Maoist Nitish, was preparing to create disturbances in the Lok Sabha elections. Weapons were also kept for this. In this regard, apart from Rajendra, Karmadev, Ramchandra, Vinod, Upendra, Surendra Bhuiyan, all NASO Jamalpur, Rajesh Bairiadih, Lalan Ram Mahur Bhawari Mohammadganj, Nitesh Yadav, Sanjay Yadav alias Godram ji, Sitaram Rajwar alias Raman ji and Vishnu Vishwakarma, all Jeetamati case.
