Moradabad, 21 April (HS). Mundhapande police station of the district arrested the accused of smuggling hashish on Sunday. The accused revealed his name as Farman Ali during interrogation. He is a resident of Saktu Nagla of Mundhapande. Apart from this, Shadab resident of Sambhal has also been arrested with charas and pistol. Both the accused were smuggling hashish for a long time. The police was busy searching for them. The accused used to roam around schools and colleges and sell drugs to the youth.
The station in-charge said that a case was registered against the accused under the NDPS Act and they were presented in the court, from where both have been sent to jail.
