I did not want to play Holi with her, so I protested and went away from her. I hid behind a shop on the roof but he started chasing me and tried to paint me. I covered my face. But he forcibly grabbed me and painted my cheeks. He started saying, ‘I love you and I will also see who will save you from me.’ After this, he touched me wrongly and put color on me. Then I pushed him away from me. “I was mentally shocked by this incident and went straight to the toilet.”
Actress filed a complaint against the accused actor
The actress later told the whole incident to her friends. After this, when the actress’s friend went to interrogate the accused actor, he pushed him. The actress along with her friends reached the nearest police station and lodged a complaint against the accused actor. The police have started further investigation by registering a case on the complaint of the actress.
“After registering the case, the accused has been contacted, a notice has been sent and he has been called to the police station for questioning,” police said. The police have registered a case against the accused actor under Section 75 (1) (i) of BNS at Amboli station in Mumbai and are investigating the case.
