• Then dip the cut branch in rooting hormone (available at agriculture centers or where nursery supplies are available).
• Then place it in a bottle or glass filled with water, so that more than one branch can be placed.
• Change this water every day and keep this basil plant in a sunny place, it will get good sunlight.
• It takes 7-10 days for that branch to take root. Then gently remove and plant in a flower pot filled with fertile soil.
