Tulip Digital Platform launched for e-commerce

New Delhi, 5 November (Hindustan Reporter). Union Minister for Social Justice and Empowerment Virendra Kumar on Tuesday launched Tulip Digital Platform for e-commerce.

In the inauguration ceremony of the Shilp Samagam Mela organized at Delhi Hot, New Delhi, Virendra Kumar said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the divine art fair is being conducted for the disabled people with the aim of benefiting the targeted sections and making them self-reliant and encouraging the entrepreneurs of the deprived class. There is a need to increase the craft gathering fairs started. He said that the launch of Tulip Digital Platform for e-commerce will prove to be an effective medium for all the entrepreneurs and artisans of the country to further the marketing of talented entrepreneurs in this Crafts Samagam Fair of Delhi Hot on Tuesday.

This Crafts Samagam Fair has been organized by National Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation, National Backward Classes Finance and Development Corporation and National Safai Karmachari Finance and Development Corporation. This craft gathering fair will continue till 15th November. In this, more than 110 craftsmen and artisans from 16 states belonging to Scheduled Caste, Backward Class and Safai Karmachari category have set up stalls of their products.

Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Amit Ghosh, CMDs of various corporations and many senior officials of various departments were present in the inaugural program of this Crafts Samagam Fair.
