Kanpur, July 31 (HS). The result of the trials held on July 21 for the new training session starting from August 1 for EWS children at The Sports Hub (TSH) has come. Out of 306 children who gave the trials, a total of 252 children have been selected in the final list. Along with sending the list of selected players to the Municipal Corporation, it has also been pasted on the notice board of TSH.
The EWS children selected for the new session at The Sports Hub (TSH) run in Arya Nagar with the support of Kanpur Municipal Corporation have to contact their respective sports coaches. They have to understand the further paperwork for taking admission from them. A complete committee was formed for the selection process of the players. The committee included Additional Municipal Commissioner of Kanpur Municipal Corporation Jagdish Yadav, Suchit Aggarwal and Ashutosh Vikram Singh of Kanpur Smart City Limited, President of UP Table Tennis Association Sanjeev Pathak, Doctor Devesh Dubey of UP Athletics Association, Managing Director of Audi Stadia Consultants Private Limited Rajiv Garg and Representative of TransStadia PK Srivastava.
It is noteworthy that the trial process took place on 21st July. A total of 604 children had applied for admission in TSH, out of which 365 applications were selected for the trial. Out of the 365 children called for the trial, 306 children appeared for the trial. Their four-level trial was conducted in which physical parameters, aptitude, sports skills were tested. After the selection process is complete, a new batch of training for EWS children is going to start from August 1.
