How to make Rice Flour Pudla
step 1
First of all, soak the rice for 3-4 hours and grind the green chilli-ginger pieces in a mixer, grate the boiled potatoes and grind them in a mixer.

Now take out this batter in a bowl and add all the vegetables and mix it.

Now add baking soda and mix well

Now heat a non-stick pan on gas and add 1 tbsp oil into it and spread the batter evenly in the pan.
Step 5:
Fry the pudding for 2 to 3 minutes until it turns golden brown, then fry the other side as well. Garnish it with coriander or spinach and serve hot with chutney.
