- Raw banana – 4
- Gram flour – 1 big bowl
- Salt – as per taste
- Chilli – as per taste
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Amchur powder – 1 tsp
- Water – as required
- Oil – for frying the pakoras
How to make Banana Fritters

First, peel the banana and cut it into thick pieces or make thin lengthwise chips.

Now add gram flour, salt, chilli, cumin seeds and 1 teaspoon dry mango powder in a bowl and mix well.

Now, make a batter by adding some water and add chopped banana pieces to the gram flour mixture and mix well.
