Banana Bhajiya Recipe: There are many types of Bhajiya but have you ever tried Banana Bhajiya, today we will know how to make Banana Bhajiya.

  • Ingredients for making Banana Fritters
  • Raw banana – 4
  • Gram flour – 1 big bowl
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Chilli – as per taste
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  • Amchur powder – 1 tsp
  • Water – as required
  • Oil – for frying the pakoras

How to make Banana Fritters

step 1
First, peel the banana and cut it into thick pieces or make thin lengthwise chips.

Step-2
Now add gram flour, salt, chilli, cumin seeds and 1 teaspoon dry mango powder in a bowl and mix well.

Step-3 –
Now, make a batter by adding some water and add chopped banana pieces to the gram flour mixture and mix well.

Step-4 –
Now heat oil in a pan and add the gram flour coated banana pieces and cook till they turn light brown. Fry well on both sides and then take it out in a plate and serve hot with green chutney.
