Trisulia Ghat of Parman River lit up with thousands of lamps on Ganga Utsav

Araria 04 November (HS). On Monday evening, Ganga Utsav program was organized by the District Ganga Committee at Trisulia Ghat on the banks of Parman River. In the presence of DM Anil Kumar, sanitation workers and school children jointly performed Ganga Aarti and gave the message of cleaning the river and its importance. Before Ganga Aarti, under the Deepotsav program, thousands of lamps were also lit by sanitation workers and school children on the banks of Parman river. Rangoli was also made by school children.

Addressing the people present on the occasion, DM Anil Kumar said that this program was organized to keep the rivers clean and clear and to understand its importance. This will keep our environment clean. We have to save rivers, ponds and other water sources.

In the cultural program of Ganga Utsav, many performances were given by local artists.

SDM Aniket Kumar, ADM Sanjay Kumar, Arvind Kumar, Dr. Rambabu Kumar, Assistant Director Social Security Cell Nitesh Kumar Pathak and concerned officials were absent on the occasion.
