Mumbai: The pair of Shahid Kapoor and Tripti Dimri will be seen together on the silver screen for the first time. Tripti has been chosen as the heroine opposite Shahid in this film being directed by Vishal Bhardwaj.
Sajid Nadiadwala announced through a social media post that Shahid and Tripti will be paired in the film. However, the genre or title of this film has not been revealed yet.
Shahid Kapoor has previously worked in Vishal Bhardwaj's 'Haider' and 'Kaminey'. It is not yet known whether Vishal Bhardwaj will make another gangster drama or a romantic film in his style.
Tripti Dimri has benefited from the success of 'Animal' and currently she is being signed by one production house after another in Bollywood.
