Tribute by painting on the birth anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj


Araria, 19 February (Hindustan Reporter). Rajesh Kumar, art lecturer of Forbesganj College B.Ed department, paid his tribute to Hindu emperor Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in a unique way. On the birth anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the most glorious warrior and symbol of amazing courage and bravery, the founder of Hindu Swaraj, we paid tribute to him by making paintings of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj using natural colours.

On the occasion, he told that Chhatrapati Shivaji Raje Bhosale was a great king and strategist of India. Who laid the foundation of the Maratha Empire in Western India in 1674 AD. For this he fought with Aurangzeb, the ruler of the Mughal Empire. He was coronated in Raigarh in 1674 and became “Chhatrapati”. He said that Shivaji Maharaj, who awakened the flame of Hinduism and Hindutva, can be called the first warrior.
