Prajwal Revanna Sex Scandal: Former JD(S) leader and MP Prajwal Revanna, accused of rape, has fled from Bengaluru to Germany soon after the allegations were made. Despite having evidence of rape allegations against Prajwal, the police is not able to arrest him from abroad. Many women have also released video clips alleging that Prajwal raped them. In which the allegations are being proved true due to Prajwal's identity being revealed.
Although the Ministry of External Affairs has confirmed that Prajwal is in Germany, no action can be taken against him. The reason behind which is his diplomatic passport. Arrest is not possible because this passport holder gets VVIP like facilities abroad.
There are total 4 types of passports in India
The Government of India issues a total of four types of passports. 1. Blue passport, 2. Orange passport, 3. White passport and 4. Diplomatic i.e. maroon passport. The features and facilities of these passports also vary depending on the color.
blue passport
This is the most common passport, issued to ordinary citizens. The Ministry of External Affairs issues Blue Passport to ordinary citizens for personal or business needs.

The Government of India provides the facility of white passport to its officials traveling abroad for official work. Therefore, they are treated like government officials during customs checks. For which the applicant will have to apply separately. It has many features.
diplomatic passport
Diplomatic passports are issued to high-profile government officials, politicians and government representatives. These passports are issued in a total of five categories, first – political status, second – senior officers of the Central Government going abroad on official work, third – Group A and B officers of the Foreign Service, fourth – immediate families of the Ministry of External Affairs. And IFS and fifth – This includes a person going on an official visit on behalf of the government.

, This passport is the most powerful passport of India. Most countries do not require a visa. Additionally, countries requiring visas also grant expedited and priority visas to passport holders.
