Punjab and Haryana High Court: Punjab and Haryana The High Court has transferred 52 judges. These judges have been posted in different districts. The judges will have to perform their duties on priority basis. However, the judges who have to hear cases related to MLAs and MPs.
They will not leave their charge until the transferred judge takes over in their place. Along with this, a copy of the transfer order has been sent to all the District Sessions Judges, Judicial Academy Sector 43, Chandigarh.
Earlier, 24 judges were transferred on 9 August. Out of these, 21 Civil Judge Senior Division have been promoted and made Additional District and Sessions Judge.
