Lucknow, June 28 (HS). Following the recommendation of Uttar Pradesh Water Power Minister Swatantradev Singh, 33 executive and 16 superintending engineers of the irrigation department were transferred on Friday.
Nine executive engineers have been promoted recently in the transfers in the irrigation department. They have got new postings. Executive Engineer Satyapriya of Lucknow section Sharda Canal Lucknow has been sent to Uttar Pradesh Project Corporation Limited considering him experienced. Another experienced executive engineer Rajesh Yadav has been transferred from Varanasi to the Chief Engineer Office Lucknow.
In the list containing names of sixteen superintendent engineers, Arun Kumar, Shashikant Kumar Priyadarshi, Rajnikant Aggarwal and Keshari Singh have been removed from their areas and sent to the Chief Engineer's office in Lucknow.
