Trained students to make their communication and skills employable

Prayagraj, 19 October (Hindustan Reporter). Allahabad Management Association and Indian Society for Training and Development jointly organized a Management Development Program from Campus to Corporate at the Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology, IERT. This program was an initiative to train engineering students of the institute to improve their communication and soft skills to make them better employable.

The speaker of the first session, Vibhav Bajpai, Director, HP4, explained to the students how to improve their communication skills through various technologies. He also advised students to pay attention to their body language so that they send positive signals all around.

The second session was moderated by Ravi Prakash, President of Big Skills. He discussed about the employability skills required in the changed corporate scenario and gave tips to the students to face the interview board. Emphasis on emotional intelligence, with a focus on hybrid working by corporates. He also informed the students about technical interviews through Metaverse.

The session concluded with a question and answer session. More than 200 students registered for the program. Members of AMA and ISTD were present in large numbers. The vote of thanks was given by the placement officer of the institute. Pallavi Saxena, Anita Srivastava, O.P. Goyal President AMA, Dr. Smt. Shanti Choudhary Vice President AMA, Apoorva Aga Secretary, Vibhav Bajpai, Dr. Navneet Singh, Ravi JJ Prakash, then President, Dr. CP Singh and others were present.
