Traffic DSP inspected the bypass to prevent road accidents |Live Updates,Unveiling the Latest India News Trends

Dhamtari, 14 May (HIST). To prevent road accidents near Shyamatrai and Sambalpur bypass crossing with NHI, Traffic DSP and NHI officials conducted a joint inspection on Tuesday. Many suggestions were also given for accident prevention. Also, instructions have been given to switch on the high max lights.

As per the instructions of SP Anjaneya Varshney, Deputy Superintendent of Police Traffic Mani Shankar Chandra and the traffic police are continuously taking preventive measures to reduce accidents and create smooth traffic arrangements. Re-inspection was conducted with NHI officials to prevent road accidents happening near Shyamatrai and Sambalpur bypass crossings. During the inspection, to prevent road accidents at this place, the road from the east near Shyamatrai and Sambalpur bypass turn is closed. It has been directed to install delineator, cat eye, solar cat eye and speed limit board along with 50 meter rumble breaker before the crossing, 20 meters ahead of the turning board crossing. Also, the high max light installed in the bypass was tested by switching it on through the generator. NHI has been directed to contact the electricity department as soon as possible and get electricity supplied and turn on the high max lights. The switching on of high mask lights will reduce road accidents.
