necessary ingredients:
- Fresh curd – six cups
- Roasted Mawa – 1.5 cups
- Dry fruits – three tablespoons
- Green cardamom – six
- Sugar – as per taste
You can prepare it like this:
– First of all, fry the mawa in a pan while stirring on low flame.
– Now put curd in a mixer jar, add roasted mawa, green cardamom and dry fruits to it and blend it well.
When the mixture becomes completely smooth, keep it in a big vessel.
Now keep it in the refrigerator and let it cool.
You can taste it by adding some dry fruits on top.
