necessary ingredients:
- Gram flour – five bowls
- Sugar – five bowls
- Desi ghee – five bowls
- Milk – twenty tablespoons
- Chopped dry fruits – ten tablespoons
- Cardamom powder – ten spoons
You can prepare it like this:
Put gram flour in a vessel, add milk and four tablespoons of desi ghee in it and mash it.
– Heat the remaining ghee in a pan and fry the gram flour on low flame till it turns light pink.
– During this time, make sugar syrup till two strings of sugar are formed.
– Now heat the pan of gram flour and slowly add the syrup to it.
– Now spread this mixture on a greased tray.
– After about an hour, add chopped dry fruits to this mixture and chop them.
– Now cut the barfi into desired shapes.
