To make the drink, first peel the garlic clove and crush it lightly to extract its juice. – After this, lightly crush the cinnamon and cloves. Now heat a cup of water and add garlic, cinnamon and cloves to it. Boil it on low flame for 5 minutes so that the extract of all the ingredients mix well in the water. After boiling, filter the mixture and take it out in a cup. If you want, you can also add honey and lemon juice to it for taste.
