Lucknow, 23 April (HS). Necessary guidelines have been issued by the Health Department to deal with the heat wave during the summer season. In the instructions given by the Health Department, information about what to do and what not to do during extreme heat wave is also given. According to doctors, if it is necessary to go out of the house during the day to protect yourself from heat wave, then go out only after drinking water and covering your head.
