Jagdalpur, June 7 (HS). Major decisions are being taken to improve the level of education in government schools of Bastar district. Under the latest decision, now the report card of teachers of government schools will be prepared. The way the results of children are prepared, in the same way the report card of teachers will be prepared. In this report card, there will be numbering on the teaching methods of teachers.

The report card will be prepared on the basis of points like whether the children are understanding anything from the activities of the teachers and their way of teaching, how is their behavior towards the children, whether the subject is being covered on time or not. Monitoring report will be kept in every school which has been asked to be entered in the register. If the teachers are found guilty in the report card, then first they will be given explanation and then action will be taken. The collector of the district has already asked the BEOs of all the blocks to regularly inspect the schools. Meanwhile, the department has also given instructions in this regard and said that the BEO should visit the schools at least twice a month and see the situation there. Special focus is being done on the districts of Bastar division because the performance of the children in these districts has been consistently poor. The education department is working by making a separate plan for Bastar division.

Giving information on Friday, Joint Director Education Sanjeev Srivastava said that we have started work as per the instructions received from the Directorate. Orders have been issued to all the districts in this regard. Innovations are being done continuously in school education so that the performance of children improves. We are already working on an action plan for the districts of Bastar division.
