The 22-year-old left-handed batsman broke the record of India’s star batsman Shubman Gill by scoring a century and also joined the list of great former Indian batsmen like Sachin Tendulkar and Yuvraj Singh. Tilak Verma scored this century at the age of 22 years and 5 days and became the second youngest Indian batsman to score a T20 International century. At the same time, he became the youngest player to score a century on foreign soil in T20 format.
