Ritesh Srivastava is the accountant of Minister Nand Gopal Gupta. Two days ago, cyber criminals had posted the photo of Minister Nandi’s son on WhatsApp DP. After this, a message came on Ritesh’s mobile from the same WhatsApp. It read, “I am in a special business meeting. This is my new number, send money immediately. This meeting will last for a long time. I need some money urgently. After this the cyber criminals sent three bank account numbers. Transfer the money.” For this.”

Rs 2.08 crore were transferred in three times

After seeing the message, the accountant transferred Rs 2.08 crore to the mentioned accounts thrice. And he did not inform anyone else about this. But after some time he realized that he had not received any such message from the minister’s son. As soon as he came to know about this, he got scared. So immediately Minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi got the information and informed the police officials.

Earth Crime Branch was also involved in the investigation.

There was panic among the officers after the incident. After this a case was registered in the cyber police station. Crime branch has also been activated along with two teams of cyber police station. He has started collecting information about the banks to which the money was transferred.
