Guwahati, 05 October (Hindustan Reporter). Guwahati's Jalukbari police have arrested three smugglers involved in animal smuggling. Police said that during an operation conducted on the basis of secret information in the early hours of Saturday, a truck (AS-26C-9024) carrying 20 cattle was seized near Jalukbari flyover located in Jalukbari police post area.
