Three people killed, 11 injured in three separate terrorist incidents in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

At least three people, including a child, were killed and 11 others injured in three separate terror incidents on Wednesday in Pakistan’s restive northwestern region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

First incident: Attack on police post

Police said that at 1 o’clock in the night, terrorists attacked a police post in Darban area of ​​Dera Ismail Khan district. A police constable and a laborer died in the incident, while two others were injured.

Second incident: Motorcycle bomb blast

The second incident took place in Azam Warsak area of ​​South Waziristan district, where a bomb planted in a motorcycle exploded, killing a child and injuring four others.

Third incident: Roadside bomb blast

Separately, at least five police personnel were injured when a roadside bomb exploded in Mamakhel area of ​​Bannu district.

Two police personnel were killed and another injured in an attack by unidentified assailants on Tuesday in Darban Kalan in Dera Ismail Khan district bordering South Waziristan.

Security forces report

According to an official report released on Monday, security forces killed 270 terrorists in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the year 2024. The report also said that 149 police officers died and 232 were injured in the line of duty last year.
