Three people arrested, 140 liters of raw liquor recovered

Haridwar, 29 March (Hindustan Reporter). Pathri police has raided different places and arrested three people. 140 liters of raw liquor and liquor making equipment were recovered from them. Also, seven thousand liters of Lahan has been recovered and destroyed on the spot.

Police station in-charge Ravindra Kumar said that in order to conduct the upcoming Lok Sabha elections safely, a campaign is being run against drug smugglers and liquor mafia in the area. Under this, the police team under the leadership of outpost in-charge Naveen Chauhan has arrested three liquor mafia Anuraj son of Fake Ram Niwas Bishanpur Kundi, Kalam Singh son of Shivcharan resident of Dinarpur and Shubham son of Mangeram resident of Ferupur police station Pathri. 140 liters of raw liquor, liquor making equipment and 7000 liters of liquor have been recovered from them. Lahan has been destroyed on the spot.
