Mumbai, March 12 (Hindu). Three laborers died while another laborer was injured after falling from the 16th floor of an under-construction building in Borivali West on Tuesday afternoon. The injured laborer has been admitted to Shatabdi Hospital, where his condition is said to be critical. Borivali Police is investigating this incident.
According to the police, scaffolding was erected on the sixteenth floor of an under-construction building in Borivali West and workers were doing construction work there. On Tuesday afternoon, four workers fell from the sixteenth floor when the scaffolding suddenly collapsed. As soon as information about this incident was received, two fire brigade vehicles and police reached the spot and immediately took all four to Shatabdi Hospital, but doctors declared Manoranjan Samaj (age 42), Shankar Vaidya (25) and Piyush Hardar (38) dead. . The condition of another injured laborer Sushil Gupta (35) is said to be critical.
