Three killed in car-pickup collision, eight-month-old baby also among the dead | News India

Bikaner, September 14 (HS). Three people, including an innocent child, died in a head-on collision between two vehicles late at night near Nourangdesar on Jaipur Road in Bikaner.

According to the incident, a family from Sridungargarh was returning late night by car after attending a marriage in Bikaner. Near Norangdesar, a pickup coming from Sridungargarh and a car collided head-on. In the accident, Kalyan, Manoj Soni died on the spot, while an innocent died while being taken to the hospital. At the same time, Pooja, Nisha, Gopi, Buddhprakash and Ramesh have been seriously injured. People present nearby took the injured to PBM Hospital. The injured are being treated at the trauma center of PBM.

Additional SP Rural Pyarelal Shivran said that the accident happened on Friday night around 12 o'clock near Naurangdesar on Bikaner-Jaipur National Highway. There was a lot of commotion after the collision between the Alto car and the pickup. The highway patrolling team reached the spot and started the rescue work.

After the collision, both the vehicles got badly stuck in each other. After a lot of effort, the vehicles were separated. The incident took place near Naurangdesar in Bikaner.

Ramesh Soni, a resident of Kalubas, Sridungargarh, his wife Puja, eight-month-old son Parth, brother Gopi and maternal uncle Kalyan Soni, a resident of Adasar Bas, Sridungargarh (Bikaner) were travelling in the car. Apart from them, their relative Manoj was also with them. The accident took place near Nourangdesar in Bikaner and Kalyan, Manoj and eight-month-old Parth died. Parth's parents and relative Gopi were injured.
