Mumbai: Three youths died in an accident when their triple seated bike collided with an electric pole near Aarey Colony area in Goregaon.
According to the information received from Aire Police, the incident happened at night. In which 34-year-old Radhey Shyam Dwande, 24-year-old Vivek Rajbhar and Ritesh Salve were riding on the same motorcycle and were going from Powai to Goregaon.
While taking a turn near Aare Picnic Point near Beat Chowk, their motorcycle suddenly collided with an electric pole located there. Due to the collision, all three fell down from the bike and all three suffered serious injuries.
As soon as the police got information about the incident, they immediately reached the spot and all the three injured were immediately rushed to the hospital for treatment. However, during the medical examination, the doctors declared Radhe Shyam and Rajbhar dead. Hence, Salve died during treatment.
The police registered a case of accidental death in this case and started further investigation. Therefore, the police investigated CCTV footage and other technical details and started investigating how the accident happened. The police also suspect that these three were drunk at the time of the accident. Therefore, blood samples of all the three deceased were taken and sent to the lab for investigation.
