Three delicious recipes of delicious peanuts

If you like the taste of peanuts, you can prepare it in many delicious ways. Here we are presenting three wonderful recipes of peanuts, after eating which everyone’s demand will increase again and again.

1. Peanut Chaat

Material:

  • Peanuts: 1 cup
  • Turmeric: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Water: 2 cups
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chaat masala: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green chutney: 1 teaspoon
  • Finely chopped onion: 1 small
  • Finely chopped tomato: 1 small
  • Boiled sweetcorn: 2 teaspoons
  • Mango powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Pomegranate: 2 teaspoons
  • Boiled Potato: 1 (cut into small pieces)
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves: 2 teaspoons
  • Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon

Method:

  1. Put peanuts, water, salt and turmeric in a pressure cooker and cook for two whistles.
  2. Let the pressure of the cooker release on its own and take out the peanuts from the water.
  3. Peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
  4. Take boiled peanuts in a big vessel and add red chilli powder, chaat masala and green chutney and mix well.
  5. Then add onion, tomato, sweet corn, dry mango powder, pomegranate, potato, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt, mix everything well and serve.

2. Masala Peanuts

Material:

  • Peanuts: 1 1/2 cups
  • Gram flour: 2 spoons
  • Red chilli powder: as per taste
  • Turmeric: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt: as per taste
  • Oil: as required

Method:

  1. Spread the peanuts in a plate and sprinkle a little water over it.
  2. Mix gram flour, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder in a small bowl.
  3. Sprinkle this mixture over the peanuts and mix well so that the mixture sticks to the peanuts.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, add peanuts and fry them.
  5. Line a plate with tissue paper and add the fried peanuts and allow them to absorb excess oil. Once cooled, store in an airtight container.

3. Peanut Chutney

Material:

  • Grated coconut: 1/2 cup
  • Roasted peanuts: 1 cup
  • Tamarind: A little
  • Red chilli: 2
  • Oil: 1 tsp
  • Mustard: 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin: 1/4 tsp
  • Urad dal: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Asafoetida: a pinch
  • Curry leaves: 10
  • Salt: as per taste

Method:

  1. Put roasted peanuts, grated coconut, tamarind and red chilli in a mixer and grind them.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard, cumin, urad dal, asafoetida and curry leaves and fry.
  3. Mix this fried masala in peanut chutney.
  4. Add salt, mix well and serve with parathas or chapati.
