Lucknow, 20 November (HS). At present there is no shortage of fertilizer in the state, yet long lines are seen at many places. Minister Surya Pratap Shahi is also holding a review meeting every day regarding this. The situation of the state is that currently 175062 metric tons of DAP and 187297 metric tons of NPK are available.
In this regard, the Agriculture Minister said that appropriate quantity of fertilizer is available in all the 18 divisions of the state. There is no need for farmers to worry about this.
According to the data available from the ministry, on Monday DAP was 4732 MT in Saharanpur division, 10691 MT in Meerut division. Ton, 6154 m in Agra division. Ton, 7054 MT in Aligarh Division, 5852 MT in Bareilly Division. Ton, 8476 MT is available in Moradabad division, 11498 MT is available in Kanpur division. Similarly, 10673 MT in Prayagraj Division, 5493 MT in Jhansi Division, 3537 MT in Chitrakoot Dham Banda Division, 16355 MT in Varanasi Division, 7482 MT in Mirzapur Division, 10823 MT in Azamgarh Division. Ton, 16862 MT DAP is available in Gorakhpur division, 7703 MT in Basti division, 8209 MT in Devipatan division, 16781 MT in Lucknow division, 13452 MT DAP is available in Ayodhya division.
Similarly, the availability of NPK is 187297 MT. This includes 4006 MT in Saharanpur division, 5503 MT in Meerut division, 9869 MT in Agra division, 6641 MT in Aligarh division, 13209 MT in Bareilly division, 15813 MT in Moradabad division, 15813 MT in Kanpur division. 19256 MT, 21290 MT of NPK is available in Lucknow division.
