Moradabad, 16 October (Hindustan Reporter). Coal trader Cash Khan, resident of Chakia, Chandauli of Mundhapande police station area, has filed a case against four people including the brick kiln owner of Mundhapande area. It is alleged that Koyla has threatened to cause an accident if he demands Rs 19.5 lakh. Police area officer Highway Kuldeep Gupta said that a case has been registered in the matter on Wednesday based on the complaint of the victim. Whatever facts emerge in the investigation, further action will be taken on that basis.
Coal trader Cash Khan told that Babbu Khan, a resident of Khaikheda of Mundhapande area, had ordered coal for his brick kiln, but did not pay Rs 19.5 lakh. Even after repeated requests, Babbu Khan, Guddu Khan, Salman Khan, Hamid Khan did not pay. The victim had complained about this matter to the police. Then a Panchayat was held on July 25 at the house of Munimpur Pradhan Shahnawaz alias Shanu Lambardar regarding this matter. In which it was decided to give the money within 40 days, but even after the passage of time the money was not given.
The victim businessman says that when he asked for his money, he threatened to kill him in an accident. Due to which he is afraid. He says that if any incident happens to him in future, these people will be responsible.
