In view of the continuous heavy rains in Uttar Pradesh and the resulting floods, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given instructions to provide immediate relief and assistance to the affected people. The CM told the officials that immediate compensation should be provided as per rules for the loss of life and loss of animals due to excessive rainfall. Also, admissible compensation should be given to those whose houses have collapsed due to rain as soon as possible.
While giving instructions to immediately assess the crop damage, the Chief Minister said that compensation should be provided to the affected farmers as soon as possible. He directed the officials to conduct relief work in the areas affected by rain and flood with full seriousness, so that no affected family has to suffer in difficult circumstances. CM Yogi said that people from flood affected areas should be immediately taken to flood relief centers and shelter centers. Similarly, necessary arrangements should be ensured in relief centers and shelters for those who have become homeless due to the collapse of their houses. Keeping in view the needs of the affected families, instructions have been given to provide them all possible assistance immediately.
Senior officers remain in the field

He said that the problems of the people at the local level should be immediately heard and solved with the help of available resources.
