Ingredients for Watermelon Chilli

  • 4 cups watermelon pieces
  • 1/4 cup mint
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • fine black pepper powder
  • Optional honey/sweetener to taste
  • a few pieces of ice
  • 2 spoons rose water

How to make a watermelon cooler

To cool it, first take watermelon. After this, peel it and cut it into small pieces. – Now put these pieces in the blender. – Then add black pepper powder and chopped mint leaves to it. Add any sweetener or honey as per your taste. – Then grind all these things finely. – Now add one spoon lemon juice and some ice cubes to it. Then add 2 spoons of rose water to it and blend it well. – Filter the prepared mixture and keep it in a bottle. Then you add some more ice cubes. Now your cool watermelon cooler is ready. You can serve it by pouring it in a serving glass. – After filling the glass, garnish it with mint leaves and serve it chilled.
