NCRTC has started a unique initiative under which people can celebrate special and important occasions in their life on Namo Bharat Train. Be it a birthday, a pre-wedding function or any other special moment of joy, NCRTC is giving them the opportunity to celebrate on the country’s first semi-high speed train, NaMo Bharat.
Namo Bharat Coaches provides a unique and exclusive venue for such special events. Under this policy of NCRTC, now individuals, event or wedding planners, and photography or media companies can pre-book NaMo Bharat coaches running at the station or on the track for such events. These coach booking options provide a unique opportunity to people to turn their event into an experience of a lifetime in India’s first regional train with an eye-catching interior design and a maximum speed of 160 kmph.
Namo Bharat is the fastest regional train in the country and is equipped with the latest technology. Located in prime locations across NCR like Anand Vihar, Ghaziabad and Meerut South, the initiative gives people an opportunity to celebrate moments in a unique way, from memorable children’s birthday celebrations to unique pre-wedding shoots.
The coach can be reserved by a photography team, event organizer or any individual through a simple application process. Apart from this, a mock-up coach located at Duhai depot is also available for shooting. Coach booking charges under this initiative start from ₹5,000 per hour. After booking, passengers are also given the option to decorate the coach as per their choice and requirements. NCRTC will allow additional time of 30 minutes before booking (for installation of cameras, equipment etc. or for decorations) and 30 minutes after booking (for removal of decorations). These schedules are scheduled between 6:00 am to 11:00 pm and will be arranged in such a way that there is no disruption in regular train operations or inconvenience to passengers.
These programs will be conducted under the supervision of NCRTC staff and security personnel to ensure the safety of attendees and their property and follow operational protocols.
