To make Shrikhand, you have to soak saffron well in milk.
– Now put the curd in a cloth and keep it in a cold place for five hours.
– Now filter the curd in a vessel and mix sugar in it.
– Now add saffron, rose water and cardamom powder to this curd.
– Now enjoy this Shrikhand by garnishing it with dry fruits.
