What is this new ‘master plan’ of the army?

The Army has also sought proposals from Indian companies for this, so that this system can be completely prepared in the country under ‘Make in India’. This step will not only make our borders more secure than before, but will also increase self-reliance in the defense sector.
Why was this system needed?
In the last few years, Pakistan and China have greatly increased the use of drones on the border. These small drones are being used for spying, sending drugs and weapons.
