She said, 'It took me a long time to feel proud of my father's work. I was ashamed to talk or tell anyone about my father's business.'

Sunita said, 'When I was new in the world of acting, I had to struggle a lot. I used to make my living by doing small roles on TV. In which I used to play the role of a maid in most of the TV shows. After that, after becoming famous on OTT, I started getting bigger roles.'
my father worked as a truck driver
Recalling the early days of her career in an interview, Sunita said, 'When I was in school, it took me a long time to accept that my father was a truck driver. Also, I had to muster a lot of courage to accept my father's profession in front of everyone.'
Recalling the memories with her father, Sunita said, 'When I was in school, all the children were dropped to school by their drivers and lunch was also brought for them. The fathers of these children were involved in different professions, while my father worked as a shopkeeper before becoming a truck driver. He spent all his savings in taking care of our family and then started driving a truck.'
Regarding this, Sunita also said that 'Even after growing up, I hid my father's business. But then I realized that this is not a matter of shame but a matter of pride.'
