Recently, despite exercising and staying fit, many people are falling prey to heart attacks, which includes celebrities and common people. Generally, heart attack occurs due to heart related problems, but if your health is deteriorating even after going to the gym, then there can be many reasons for it. Ayurveda expert Tanmay Goswal, in a reel shared on Instagram, has told what things people doing heavy exercise should keep in mind.

  1. Avoid waking up at night: If you are doing heavy exercise, staying awake at night can be harmful for you. Heavy exercise increases cortisol levels, causing the body to need rest. If you are partying at night and then go to the gym, it may increase the risk of heart attack.
  2. Avoid excessive walking: Excessive traveling or walking can cause deep vein thrombosis, which can cause severe pain in the legs and increase the risk of heart attack.
  3. Avoid exercising with a partner: Exercising with a partner in a romantic mood increases hormone levels, which can increase the risk of fibromyalgia and the possibility of heart attack.
  4. Avoid talking or laughing too much while exercising: Talking or laughing excessively during exercise can cause difficulty in breathing, which can lead to problems like asthma.
  5. Exercising with fear: If you are afraid of something but still go to exercise, it can put extra pressure on your heart, increasing the risk of heart attack.

By keeping these points in mind, you can reduce the risk of heart attack and make your fitness routine safe.
