How to make coriander, fenugreek, cumin, carom and fennel water
For this you will have to take 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon fennel, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon fenugreek and 1 teaspoon coriander. Mix all the ingredients and pour them into a glass of water made of clay or glass. Now soak them overnight and drink them on an empty stomach in the morning. You have to drink this water continuously for 11 days.
