Who should not eat fiber rich food: Fiber, commonly found in grains, cereals and other nutritious foods, is an important part of our diet. It provides many benefits to our health, like improving digestion, reducing cholesterol and preventing many other health problems. However, it is not beneficial for everyone, although some people may have problems with it. Many health experts and dietitians believe that some people do not need much fiber, and consuming too much can harm their health. Do not eat high fiber foods if you have these problems
1. High fiber diet is not good for irritable bowel syndrome patients
