According to the traffic police, the traffic on the route of the procession will be diverted 15 minutes before and taken out through parallel routes. Parking of all types of vehicles will be prohibited on MD Road, Johri Bazaar, Tripolia Bazaar, Gangauri Bazaar and the entire route of the procession. Before the procession reaches Minerva Chauraha, the general traffic coming from Gurudwara Mode towards Minerva Chauraha will be diverted from Gurudwara Mode towards Govind Marg and operated. Before the procession reaches Minerva Chauraha, the general traffic coming from Yadgar Tiraha towards Minerva Chauraha will be diverted and operated through parallel routes. Before the procession reaches Sanganeri Gate, the general traffic coming from Badi Chaupad towards Sanganeri Gate will be diverted from Badi Chaupad towards Tripolia and Ramganj. Before the procession reaches Badi Chaupad, the general traffic coming from Subhash Chowk towards Badi Chaupad will be diverted from Subhash Chowk towards Char Darwaza. Before the procession reaches Badi Chaupad, the general traffic coming from Ramganj Chaupad towards Badi Chaupad will be diverted from Ramganj Chaupad towards Ghat Bazaar, Galta Gate and Char Darwaza. General traffic going from Nehru Bazaar and Bapu Bazaar to Chowra Rasta will be operated from New Gate Square towards Ramniwas Bagh Square.
Before the procession reaches Choti Chaupad, the general traffic coming towards Choti Chaupad from Sanjay Circle, Chaugan Chauraha and Ajmeri Gate will be diverted and operated through a parallel route.
Before the procession reaches Chaugan Chauraha, the general traffic coming towards Chaugan Chauraha from Mount Road, Brahmapuri Bus Stand and Langar Ke Balaji will be diverted and operated through a parallel route. From evening, entry of tempo, mini/city buses and other medium category vehicles from Ghatgate Chauraha, Char Darwaza, Badi Chaupad, Subhash Chowk, Sanganeri Gate, Ajmeri Gate, Sanjay Circle and Galta Gate will be prohibited in the fort.
