Mumbai: There is talk that Aamir Khan is working in 'Ghajini 2'. Now the new update is that this film is going to be made simultaneously in Hindi and Tamil. Aamir Khan will play the lead role in Hindi while Suriya will play the lead role in Tamil.
This decision has been taken so that the films do not appear to be remakes of each other and the audience of one language starts comparing after watching the dubbed version of the other language or there is no novelty left about the film.
It is being said that both Aamir Khan and Surya have agreed to the film on this condition.
In the case of the film 'Drishyam', each franchise is first made in Malayalam and later released in Hindi. Many fans have already watched the Malayalam version so they are not looking forward to the Hindi version.
At present, many Bollywood and South films are made simultaneously in many languages. In this all the actors are the same. But, for the first time in 'Ghajini 2', simultaneous shooting in different languages with different lead actors will be used.
Currently, the script of the film is being finalized and it is likely that its shooting will start in mid-2025.
