Kanpur, 01 July (HS). The southwest monsoon is fully active and it is raining regularly in Uttar Pradesh. The rain pattern remains in the entire state including Kanpur for the next one week and there will be heavy rain. In such a situation, the lack of rain in the state will be effectively overcome within the first 10 days of July. This will fill the dry land of the farmers again, while there will be relief from the ongoing hot and humid weather due to a sharp drop in temperature. This rain will also fill the reservoirs again and remove the drought. Not only this, agricultural areas will also benefit.
