At Gwari Calvert Power Substation by LESA New power transformer of 10 MVA Energization and maintenance work is being done. Due to this improvement work, there will be power cuts at different times from morning to evening.

Why are the cuts happening?
According to LESA officials, the load has started increasing with the onset of summer. The capacity of substations is being increased to avoid tripping and low-voltage problems in future. With the installation of a new 10 MVA transformer, thousands of consumers of Gomti Nagar will be able to get better voltage and uninterrupted electricity in the coming months.
