Ranchi, May 17 (Hindustan Reporter) Tight security arrangements were made from the airport to Chutiya for the road show of Union Home Minister Amit Shah at Chutiya in the capital Ranchi. Security personnel were deployed at every nook and corner. Armed security personnel were deployed on all the tall buildings from Indira Gandhi Chowk to Saraswati Shishu Mandir Chowk.
Security personnel in plain clothes were deployed on both sides of the road during the road show. Before this, Amit Shah reached Chutiya Indira Gandhi Chowk from the airport via Hinu, Harmu Bypass, Argora Chowk, Radiance Blue Hotel, Sirmatoli Chowk and the road show started from there. An hour before his road show, the traffic from Bahubazar towards Chutiya was stopped.
His road show ended near Saraswati Shishu Mandir in Chutiya. From there, the Home Minister left from Saraswati Shishu Mandir via Oxford School, near Bahubazar Chowk. Amidst tight security, we reached back to the airport via the carcade via Sirmatoli Chowk, Sujata Chowk, Radiance Blue Hotel, Kadru, Argora Chowk, Harmu Bypass, Hinu.
CRPF officers, bullet proof vehicles, ambulances etc. were engaged in security during the Home Minister road show. While returning, vehicles going from Kantatoli towards Sujata were stopped near Bahubazar petrol pump. As soon as Amit Shah left, the vehicles were left to move towards Sujata Chowk. At the same time, 10 DSPs, 30 Inspectors and 1500 soldiers including IPS were deployed for security.
