Threat to bomb Vistara airline: For the last one week, airlines have been receiving bomb threats. Today another airline flight received a bomb threat. With this, a total of 20 flights have been bombed so far and security agencies are running around.
A Vistara flight from Frankfurt to Mumbai landed safely at the Mumbai airport on Thursday morning after a bomb threat. Also, a general emergency was declared and all passengers were ordered to disembark. Flight UK28 was passing through Pakistan when a general emergency message was received through code 7700 at 6 am. Therefore, the pilot immediately landed the flight in Mumbai at around 7.40 pm.
Received six threats yesterday
Yesterday six flights received bomb threats. On Tuesday, 10 flights received such threats. The security agency has not found any bomb or suspicious object yet. Such rumors were being spread through social media platforms. Due to this rumour, regional airlines are being disrupted.
Vistara spokesperson said that the bomb threat on flight UK 028 was received through social media. Following all protocols, we informed the concerned authorities and investigated. The airline is cooperating with security agencies in all necessary investigations. For the first time on October 14, there was a bomb threat on an Indigo flight. Since then, bomb threats are being received on new flights every day.
