Ajmer, 26 September (HS). Due to the vigilance being maintained by the driver and guard of the train in view of the conspiracy to derail trains across the country, there was a stir in the railway administration due to a carton lying on the track near the Subhash Nagar railway gate of Ajmer Junction around 8 o'clock on Wednesday night.

According to the information received from Public Relations Inspector Ashok Chauhan of Ajmer Division Railway Office, the guard of the goods train passing through DFCC track near Subhash Nagar railway gate of Ajmer saw a carton lying on the track of the passenger train. The guard informed the Daurai railway station master about this. On receiving the information, Ajmer railway station and RPF were informed. During this time, Dadar Express had left Ajmer on its scheduled time. The railway administration informed the driver of Dadar Express. The driver stopped the train after seeing the carton lying on the track near Subhash Nagar railway gate. During this time, RPF officials from Ajmer reached the spot. They also went closely and checked the carton lying on the track and found the carton to be empty and picked it up and brought it. After properly checking the nearby tracks, they gave the signal to Dadar Express to proceed.

The train left for its destination with some delay.

RPF officials have started an investigation into this incident. It is said that bedding and other material including water and food are delivered to the passengers in various trains. It is packed in some form or the other. When the train is empty, it is often thrown on the track from the running train by the railway's contract staff. It is being speculated that the empty cardboard carton was also thrown from a train in the same way which fell in the middle of the railway track. Seeing the conspiracy going on to cause a railway accident, the train driver and guard are also constantly being cautious. The result of that was that this incident made the railway officials and RPF jawans do a drill.
